Now, I’m not going to keep up a pretence that I can go onto net-a-porter.com or walk into any Louis Vuitton store and pick up whatever I like the look of, because I can’t. In this day and age when you need at least £20,000 (for any American’s out there that’s about $30,000) just as a deposit on a house that’s not even in central London, I have to watch what I spend.

But every now and again a certain something in a certain store catches my eye and I deliberate with myself about whether or not it’s a good purchase until I finally buy it.

At the moment, it’s this gorgeous Mulberry purse

The Somerset Zip Around has just the right number of card slots along with a removable four card holder and and extra pocket at the front. Of course none of this actually matters, it’s just all the reasons/features I have focussed on in order to justify me buying it.

I went into Selfridges on Oxford Street this weekend just to check it out in the flesh and it was just as amazing, I may reward myself with this purse if I manage to loose a few pounds, but more about that later!
